Important! All OASIS Quality Improvement Reports are Available in iQIES, and are Not Available in CASPER!

From CMS:

“The following OASIS Quality Improvement user-requested reports are available in iQIES:

  • HHA Process Measures Report
  • HHA Tally: Process Report
  • Potentially Avoidable Event Report
  • Potentially Avoidable Event Patient Listing Report
  • Outcome Report
  • HHA Tally: Outcome Report
  • Agency Patient-Related Characteristics (Case Mix) Report
  • Tally: Agency Patient-Related Characteristics (Case Mix) Report

Note: Data in the iQIES OASIS Quality Improvement reports will not be available for Current or Prior Period Start Dates before 01/2018.

The HHA 0003D/0004D Package Report will remain available in the HHA Provider report category in the CASPER Reporting application.
