MassHealth has released a draft of an updated Home Health Agency Manual that contains many significant changes. The draft is attached below.
MassHealth previously conducted training on updates to the HHA regulations for HHA providers. To ensure your organization understands the changes to the HHA regulations, please review the training guide and recorded training session in the links below.
MassHealth will also be holding two open office hour sessions for HHAs who have specific questions about changes to the HHA Regulations, and a prior authorization training to assist HHAs in submitting prior authorization requests to MassHealth. For further details see below.
